Lena Royal, an 8th grader taking SC History with Mrs. Willis, was inspired to create a painting after studying the Constitution. Using the Preamble as their inspiration, students were encouraged to earn extra credit in any form- recitation, dramatic interpretation, or through art.

All athletes competing in track with the high school should be riding the shuttle bus to the track beginning this week. The shuttle bus is located at the back of the high school and leaves for the track at 3:35 every day. If you are currently in a sport, please reach out to Coach Shaw at the high school and let him know.

There will be a parent meeting on Tuesday 2/13/24 at the high school for all spring sports. The meeting starts at 6:30pm in the high school gym. All Spring sport athletes should attend this meeting.

EMS and NSHS FCA will meet at the flag pole in the morning (Thursday) at 7:45 to pray for one of our students who is undergoing surgery at 7:30 am. Thursday isn't our usual meeting day. All are invited to join us.

School is canceled due to the threat of inclement weather on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
