Michael Gresham

My name is Michael Gresham and I am excited to begin my 12th year teaching. This year will be my second year teaching at Edgewood Middle School. I am from Greenwood, SC but have resided in Ninety Six, SC for about 12 years. I graduated Greenwood High School in 2010 and then pursued my B.S. in Elementary Education at Lander University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2014. From 2014-2018, I was an elementary school teacher in Newberry, SC, where I taught 4th and 5th grades. In 2018, I moved to Greenwood School District 50, where I taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade mathematics and served one year as a Math Coach / Interventionist. In 2023, I taught 6th Grade ELA in Kershaw County School District at Camden Middle School. Last year, I was excited to move back to Ninety Six and teach 6th Grade ELA. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Education in Education Administration and Supervision through Coastal Carolina University. After graduating, I plan on going back to school and get my second Masters degree in Instructional Technology. I am certified to teach Elementary (2-6), Middle-Level Math (5-9), and Gifted and Talented (K-12).
