Korina Byland

My name is Korina Byland, and I am proud to teach sixth grade science at Edgewood Middle School.

 

I graduated from Lander University with a degree in Elementary Education and love sharing my passion for learning with my students each day. In addition to teaching science, I am the assistant girls' soccer coach at Ninety Six High School.  

 

Outside of school, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. 

My goal as a teacher is to create a classroom environment that is welcoming, engaging, and filled with curiosity. I believe every student has the ability to succeed, and I am excited to guide them on their learning journey.
